about

Hi - I'm Caroline!

 Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Instructor… and proud mom to 2 kiddos + 3 furbabies!


Once an active dancer, overworked educator, and stressed-out stay-at-home mom, I realized in 2013 that I was overweight, unhappy, and running on empty. That turning point sparked my passion for helping women reclaim their health and strength without restrictive diets or extreme approaches.


Since 2016, I’ve specialized in women’s fitness, focusing on helping women 35+ build lean muscle, boost energy, and feel confident in their bodies—including those using GLP-1 therapies. I also work with corporate teams, delivering wellness workshops and fitness experiences that make healthy habits approachable, sustainable, and even fun.


More recently, my work has expanded into youth athlete nutrition education—helping parents of teen athletes understand how to properly fuel for energy, performance, recovery, and growth. My approach is simple, practical, and rooted in real-life balance—no tracking obsession or diet culture, just clear systems that support active kids in and out of sport.


Over the past few years, I’ve also navigated my own health challenges, including a diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease after a long stretch of unexplained symptoms. That season deepened my empathy and reinforced something I already believed: health isn’t always linear. Energy fluctuates. Recovery isn’t always predictable. And your fitness plan has to flex with real life. That perspective now shapes how I coach—prioritizing adaptability, sustainability, and long-term strength over extremes.


When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me lost in a good book or cheering on my kids at jump rope shows and baseball games!
